RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Billing Associate , your primary responsibility is to oversee prescription insurance claims. Adjudication of pharmacy claims with third party payers. Contact third party payers for over-rides on denied claims. Work with nursing staff to coordinate solutions on rejected claims. Review Long Term Care facility files and reconcile any changes to resident's status (responsible party, admission, discharge, prescription coverage). Work with residents and families to resolve billing issues. Prior Authorization and review. Processing Long Term Care facility returns. Billing and organizing of Emergency kits.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior medical/pharmacy billing experience Excellent communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm with a weekend rotation once every 3 weeks Start your fulfilling career with the Quality Life Services family!
