Job Summary/ Key Responsibilities:

Communicates with customers to provide support and information on accounts receivable issues and records in the MSC systems the customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. Replies to customers' questions regarding the payments they made and makes corrections in the MSC systems if necessary. Creates reports regarding the status of customer accounts as requested. Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Collections Manager and other staff. Collaborates with the Collections Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis. Maintains and updates customer files. Presence required on‑site 5 days per week Performs other duties as required. This role requires working on-site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role, unless required off-site duties are being performed.

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a similar role (supply chain, transportation, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, etc.)

English:
