A Billing Clerk prepares and checks information included on a customer bill or invoice. Assembles and itemizes information on products or services purchased, and verifies amounts including any tax owed.
POSITION WILL BE ONSITE FOR FIRST 3 MONTHS, THEN ROLE WILL MOVE TO HYBRID SCHEDULE.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers Maintain accurate documentation of your work Comply with Federal Mandated laws on fair treatment of debtors and documentation of calls. Achieve assigned monthly collection goals Negotiate payment arrangements with customers by exceeding daily phone calls standard of 150+Calls/Day. Don't worry we use an automated dialer!
