This dynamic role offers the opportunity to manage comprehensive billing processes, ensure accurate credentialing, and optimize revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of medical coding, healthcare claims management, and insurance procedures, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Prepare, submit, and follow up on medical insurance claims using billing software and EMR/EHR systems to ensure timely reimbursement. Manage accounts receivable by tracking outstanding balances, sending patient statements, and performing collections to maximize revenue. Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility to facilitate smooth billing processes. Handle credentialing tasks such as verifying provider credentials with insurance companies and maintaining up-to-date documentation. Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations related to medical records management.
