Job Title:
Senior Living Reimbursement Specialist -
Full Time Location:
Brandermill Woods, Midlothian, VA Brandermill Woods, a premier retirement community, is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Senior Living Reimbursement Specialist to join our Accounting team. If you have experience in long-term care billing and enjoy working with a mission-driven team, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
Process monthly resident billing and maintain accurate records Post charges, prepare deposits, and reconcile monthly reports Support insurance verification, long-term care reimbursement, and Medicaid processes Respond to resident and family billing inquiries with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred At least 2 years of experience in long-term care billing or healthcare AR with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing requirements and EHR systems such as PointClickCare or similar platforms Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
