$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to provide administrative and operational support through accurate data entry, record maintenance, document organization, and shipment coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, and committed to maintaining accurate and confidential company records. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and systems. Enter and process product release information and related documentation. Coordinate and schedule truck shipments to support operational needs. Enter and maintain customer complaint records in the appropriate system. Input and maintain graphics-related information and documentation. File, organize, and maintain physical and electronic records. Verify information for accuracy and completeness before entering it into company systems. Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information. Assist with daily administrative and operational activities as assigned. Communicate with internal departments regarding shipment schedules, documentation, and data requirements. Identify and report data discrepancies or issues. Support continuous improvement efforts related to data accuracy and administrative processes. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical work, or office administration preferred. Additional administrative or clerical training is a plus. Experience with shipping, logistics, or inventory-related activities is preferred but not required. Required Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent data entry skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and document-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer. Frequent use of hands and fingers for keyboarding and data entry. Ability to occasionally lift and move files or office materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Work Environment This is an office-based position in Nicholasville, Kentucky , involving regular use of computers, databases, and office equipment.
