Core Responsibilities:

Data entry of vendor invoices Verify accuracy of data entered into the database. Review and match invoices to vendor payments for archiving Provide general support in preparation of vendor payments. Communicate via phone and/or email with vendors and internal company locations to obtain documents needed for payment processing. Ensure proper filing of departmental documents Perform various general clerical duties.
