Job Description
Description Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to maintain accurate customer and account information in company databases. Responsibilities
+ Enter data from paper and electronic source documents.
+ Verify data accuracy and completeness.
+ Maintain records and perform routine database updates.
+ Perform regular backups to preserve information.
+ Respond to company inquiries and requests.
+ Assist with administrative and filing duties. Requirements Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
+ Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
