Job Description

Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, healthcare, insurance, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Candidate will ensure the accurate and efficient management of sensitive patient and claim information in enrollment and grievance processes
  • Data Collection and Input:
    Gathering and accurately entering patient and plan member information into healthcare enrollment and grievance tracking systems.
  • Document Management:
    Organizing, maintaining, and reviewing physical and electronic records and forms, ensuring completion, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Appeals and Grievances Management:
    Handling incoming requests.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, including
HIPAA, ACA, CMS
guidelines, and state regulations related to enrollment, appeals, and grievances.
