Job Description
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, healthcare, insurance, or customer service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate will ensure the accurate and efficient management of sensitive patient and claim information in enrollment and grievance processes
Data Collection and Input:
Gathering and accurately entering patient and plan member information into healthcare enrollment and grievance tracking systems.Document Management:
Organizing, maintaining, and reviewing physical and electronic records and forms, ensuring completion, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.Appeals and Grievances Management:
Handling incoming requests.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, includingHIPAA, ACA, CMS
guidelines, and state regulations related to enrollment, appeals, and grievances.- Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
