This is a full-time, entry-level enrollment position built for individuals who are ready to gain hands-on experience in customer enrollment, sales, customer service, and account management while developing long-term leadership skills. Enrollment Associate:

Interact directly with customers to promote products and services that fit their lifestyle and budget. Guide customers through the enrollment process from start to finish, ensuring every enrollment is accurate and complete. Assist with sales inquiries, account activations, and customer enrollments. Deliver professional, friendly customer service to ensure a positive enrollment experience every time. Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently present enrollment options and overcome objections. Track sales activity, enrollment progress, and customer data using CRM tools. Collaborate with team leaders and management to achieve enrollment and customer satisfaction goals. Support community outreach and marketing events that generate new customer enrollments. Represent Demand Collective Ca with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity while building lasting customer relationships.

Who You Are:

Excellent communicator with a passion for working with customers and helping them through the enrollment process. Highly motivated to succeed in a sales-driven, customer-focused, enrollment-based environment. Goal-oriented with strong attention to detail and follow-through on every customer enrollment. Excited to develop leadership, business, and management skills within a growing enrollment team. Dependable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced customer enrollment team. Prior sales, retail, customer service, or enrollment experience is helpful but not required.

Pay:

$900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
