Teacher's Pension is looking to hire a Client Relationship Representative! About Teacher's Pension Teacher's Pension is a leading independent financial services organization in the defined contribution and benefit space. We focus on providing public school employees with financial wellness education, resources, and retirement planning services that empower them to achieve a financially secure future. Job Description We are seeking a goal-oriented Client Relationship Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage high-volume scheduling workflows independently, prioritize tasks, maintain a professional business demeanor, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Please note:
This is a scheduling and relationship-building position, NOT a sales role. The goal is simply to connect with educators and schedule financial wellness sessions and account reviews. Responsibilities Coordinate & Schedule | Manage outreach via phone, text, and email (up to 80+ touchpoints daily) to schedule financial wellness sessions with school sites and individual meetings or account reviews with clients. Relationship Management | Deliver outstanding customer service to foster positive relationships while meeting both internal and external client needs. Data & Workflow Optimization | Maintain accurate, well-organized records using CRM systems (Salesforce) and shared spreadsheets with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness. Team Collaboration | Communicate outcomes and feedback efficiently with support staff and management to maintain smooth internal workflows. Process Adaptation | Adapt to new administrative processes and enhancements when initiated while prioritizing daily tasks. Required/Preferred Skills Calendar & Data Management | Strong attention to detail when managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Data Confidentiality | Ability to handle sensitive client records and personal information with complete discretion and professionalism. Communication Skills | Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to speak professionally and empathetically with internal and external clients. Technical Skills | Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Pro, along with experience using (or the ability to learn) Salesforce, Zoom, etc. Preferred Experience 1 - 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Dispatching, or Scheduling. Position Details Schedule | Monday through Friday (No weekends). Location | Fully in-person (Office environment).Pay:
