Role Responsibilities Key membership elections and enrollment applications into ika Medicare Gateway system Update demographics and other membership information from paper correspondence and telephone call documentation Make outbound calls to health plan members to clarify missing or incomplete information Maintain current knowledge of CMS compliance requirements as they pertain to Medicare Advantage enrollment and member maintenance Required Skills/Experience High school diploma Customer Service call center experience Data Entry experience Healthcare enrollment experience About
