Patient-focused, empathetic, and compassionate

Strong communicators with excellent verbal and written skills

Comfortable managing multiple systems and applications simultaneously

1+ years of recent medical insurance experience required

NO TIME OFF ALLOWED FIRST 90 DAYS.

Must be able to accept a 8hr. shift between 8a-8pm M-F.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound insurance verification calls

Verify insurance benefits, coverage eligibility, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs

Assist patients with enrollment and program qualification processes

Research and resolve insurance-related issues

Accurately document patient interactions and account updates

Communicate professionally with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers
