Job Description
Admissions Specialist
- Admitting PRN Admissions Specialist

- 4400 Long Prairie Road, Flower Mound, TX 75028 Work hours: PRN (as needed) hours may vary
Training:
Must be available for one week of system training at 612 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011 and at least two weeks of classroom training required Monday- Friday from 8:30am-5pm at 500 E Border, Arlington, TX 76010; Training weeks may not be consecutive.
- CLIAFE must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required 1 year relevant customer service experience required 2 years professional office/healthcare experience preferred 5 years customer service experience preferred 6 months of demonstrated knowledge of intermediate computer skills preferred or 1 year healthcare, referral processing, scheduling preferred CHAA
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate preferred CPI
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually Ability to promptly assess requests by using electronic and paper resource materials and correctly respond to patient inquiries.
