Executive/Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO We're a fast-growing, multi-business real estate operation based in Tempe, Arizona. Under one roof, we run: Thrive Real Estate Team — our licensed brokerage, with a team of 13 agents representing buyers and sellers across the Valley No Fees Just Keys — our wholesale and flip business, sourcing, renovating, and reselling investment properties A construction/renovation arm handling rehab and rebuild work on our flips A property management/rentals division overseeing our portfolio and tenant relationships We move fast, wear a lot of hats, and are looking for someone who wants to be right in the middle of it all. Job Overview We're seeking an energetic, highly organized Executive/Personal Assistant to support our Founder & CEO and solve problems! Keeping the whole operation running smoothly. This isn't a role where you sit in one lane — one day you might be coordinating a contractor walkthrough on a flip, the next you're prepping documents for a lease signing, tracking a rental maintenance issue, or handling something personal on the CEO's calendar. The right person for this role is someone the company can't run without — sharp, dependable, brings good energy into the office, and anticipates what's needed before being asked. What You'll Do Executive & Personal Support Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities across business and personal commitments Coordinate travel — flights, hotels, transportation, full itineraries Handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed Real Estate Agent/ Client Support Support the Thrive team with scheduling, coordination, and communication across 25 agents Wipe down countertops Sweep/ Mop Basic cleaning Serve as a point of contact for agents, clients, and vendors Drop of closing gifts Speak with clients on behalf of CEO Wholesale, Flip & Construction Coordination Track deadlines and milestones across active flip and wholesale deals Create the informational wholesale list Speak with investors who are interested in buying properties and route them to the correct person Coordinate with contractors and crews on renovation timelines, scheduling, and follow-ups Walk projects and take pictures. While being detailed focus, and handling problems Help keep deal files, budgets, and documentation organized from acquisition through resale Schedule utilities to be turned off/on Property Management & Rentals Coordinate tenant and guest communication Help manage maintenance requests (leaks, resets, repairs) and follow up with vendors until resolved Support mortgage payment follow-ups and other recurring rental admin Verify rents are collect Office & Operations Manage office setup, filing systems (digital and physical), and day-to-day administrative work Assist with light bookkeeping — data entry, invoicing, expense tracking (QuickBooks or similar) Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations Organize meetings and events, including logistics and video conferencing setup (Zoom/Teams) Answer and route calls, manage multi-line phone systems, and handle front-desk duties Help around the office cleaning up Refreshing the space and stocking refrigerator What We're Looking For Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, ideally supporting an owner, founder, or senior leader in a fast-paced environment Real estate license is a bonus/ willing to get licensed Highly organized, with the ability to juggle real estate, construction, and personal priorities without dropping the ball A proactive, "I've got it handled" attitude — someone who spots what needs to happen next A person who doest not want to be micromanaged but is highly skilled and effective Strong written and verbal communication skills; sharp proofreading Comfortable with Microsoft Office, general productivity tools, and video conferencing software Basic bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar) — invoicing and expense tracking Good energy and a people-first attitude — you'll be interfacing with agents, tenants, contractors, and clients daily Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Pay:
