Job Summary:
As a sales-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to our senior management team, contributing to sales initiatives, and ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational abilities, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for sales and business development. - Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the integrity of sensitive documents.
- Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and vendors.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Oversee and manage office inventory, including ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Process expense reports and assist with budget preparation.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and functions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the executive team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support or administrative role, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the packaging industry and sales principles is a plus.
