This role combines administrative support, property oversight, and personal assistance, working closely and confidentially with the principal on a wide range of matters. The ideal candidate takes initiative, anticipates needs, and works well independently with minimal day-to-day direction. Responsibilities Manage emails, draft and organize documents, and handle general office tasks Oversee property management and maintenance across a shopping center, three rental properties (including one overseas), and the main residence Coordinate and manage vendors, janitorial staff, and work crews for maintenance, repairs, and ongoing property needs Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion at all times. Requirements Bachelor's degree required as a minimum Mastery of written and verbal English Must be legally authorized to work in the US Spanish speaking is a plus Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel), macOS, and Dropbox Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands Commercial and Residential RE experience, and/or RE license, is a plus.
