This role manages the Executive's time, priorities, and workflow, and offers a clear path to grow within a stable, established firm. This is an excellent job opportunity for a college graduate, interested in the law, seeking to gain invaluable experience and career development. As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as the gatekeeper to the Executive, handling daily logistics from scheduling and travel to file organization and action-item tracking. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before being asked.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the Executive's calendar and schedule, keeping track of priorities, meetings, and deadlines Capture detailed meeting minutes and action items, documenting decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines; Facilitate follow-up execution Organize and maintain filing systems, document workflows, and project tracking mechanisms to support the Executive's operational efficiency and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, accommodations, and logistics Compile and analyze reports that the Executive needs for decision-making
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Superior organization with exceptional attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional discretion Flexible availability including occasional nights and/or weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Spanish speaking preferred, but not required
