Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our team. This is a dynamic role that combines executive support, operational coordination, marketing assistance, and project management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can anticipate needs before they arise. You will play a key role in keeping our executive team organized, supporting business operations, coordinating marketing initiatives, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently. The ideal candidate will be adept at solving problems, staying organized, and contributing to a team. Job Duties include but are not limited to: Assist in the daily operations of the business by improving workflows and administrative processes Assist with marketing campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and coordinate social media scheduling and content calendars Update website content and assist with maintaining the company's online presence. Manage merchandise orders and maintain inventory organization Track projects, deadlines, and operational priorities Coordinate special events File employee documents, maintaining confidential records with accuracy and discretion Provide general administrative support as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting Executives in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's Degree preferred Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience with event planning and marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining professionalism Experience with social media management, email marketing platforms, or Canva is highly desirable Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Hours Monday through Friday, Full Time, 40 hours per week Salary $28.00 to $30.00 /hour based on education & experience
