This is an onsite role in West Hollywood for a polished, trusted professional who thrives on managing complex priorities, anticipating needs, and keeping every detail moving seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant support directly to a principal.
Manage a demanding calendar, meetings, scheduling, and shifting priorities.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
Travel as needed with the principal and remain flexible around changing schedules.
Handle confidential communications, correspondence, and sensitive information with discretion.
Support personal scheduling, appointments, errands, and household-related needs as required.
Act as a proactive point person across internal teams, external contacts, and vendors.
Qualifications
Strong Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant background supporting a principal within the fashion or beauty industry.
Fluent Spanish and English communication skills required.
Experience with complex calendar management, travel coordination, and executive communications.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, rapidly growing brand environment.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Comfortable with occasional communication outside standard business hours.
