As CHYBA expands its programs, facilities, and multi-site operations, it is strengthening its central administrative capacity. CHYBA is seeking a highly organized, experienced, and proactive Confidential Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Executive Director/Interim Executive Director and central administrative staff. The position supports executive and administrative workflow, correspondence, calendars, confidential records, HR and Board functions, website and public postings, and organizational follow-through. This is a 12-month position. Full-time employment is preferred, although approximately 0.80-1.0 FTE may be considered. Some scheduling flexibility may be available during July with prior approval, provided essential administrative responsibilities and deadlines remain covered. Position open until filled.
