Executive Assistant

$70,000
  • 80,000 per year Oraklus is a fast-growing vacation-rental property-management company built by operators, not theorists. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant
  • Property & Operations to work directly with leadership and help manage the administrative, property, purchasing, and financial functions of the business. What You'll Tackle Executive support
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, correspondence, meetings, travel, and follow-ups for leadership. Property registration
  • Manage property registrations, permits, renewals, and related documentation. Purchasing
  • Source and purchase supplies, furnishings, equipment, and services; coordinate vendors and deliveries. Financial administration
  • Track invoices, expenses, payments, budgets, and property-level financials. Property operations
  • Maintain organized records, coordinate vendors, and follow up on issues to keep properties running smoothly. Projects & problem solving
  • Take ownership of special projects and handle unexpected issues with minimal supervision.
You Bring 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, operations, property management, real estate or a similar role. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with financial information. Excellent communication and vendor-management skills. Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Real estate, hospitality, or short-term-rental experience is a plus. Valid California driver's license.
