The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing healthcare organization in Blue Ridge, GA, to hire experienced and dependable Executive Administrative Assistants to support the Administrative Team. This role focuses on providing efficient secretarial support while delegating, organizing, prioritizing, and managing a variety of projects and day-to-day responsibilities.
Schedule:
Full-Time | PRN | Days What You'll Do Along with supervising the Departmental Secretary, the Executive Administrative Assistant will have the following key responsibilities: Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the CEO, CFO, and CNO Screen visitors, provide assistance, manage phone calls and messages Sort and distribute mail and respond to inquiries Maintain records and filing systems Coordinate with external contacts for information and meetings Assist with planning offsite events Prepare executive meeting notices and reports Manage conference room schedules and order supplies Prepare expense reports and Board of Trustees documentation Coordinate executive travel and prepare correspondence Serve as Notary Public and assist with Investor Meetings Address departmental inquiries and coordinate cross-department activities Organize physician interviews and manage copier supplies What We Are Looking For Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred 2+ years of clerical experience in business or healthcare Additional Skills and Attributes Proficiency in typing, English, computers, and office procedures Strong public and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently and follow departmental standards Emotional maturity and ability to perform under pressure What You Can Expect Exceptional patient care starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered - backed by comprehensive compensation and benefits every step of the way Benefits (when eligible) Medical, Rx, Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D Insurance Retirement Plans PTO, Leave of Absence Maternity/Disability Leave Flexible Spending Account If you are an organized and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
