In this role, you will oversee the planning, design, construction, renovations, operations, maintenance, and equipment management of the environment of care, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, licensing and accreditation standards, and industry best practices. The Director of Operations will lead collaborative performance improvement initiatives, identify opportunities to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency, and implement and monitor strategies that support continuous improvement in patient care.
