Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to work directly with the leader of our established wealth management practice in Cedar Falls. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for an experienced professional with outstanding judgment, initiative, organization, and discretion. The right person will become a trusted partner in managing the executive's time, communication, priorities, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities
  • Own executive calendar, scheduling, travel, and meeting coordination
  • Help manage a high-volume inbox, including triage, delegation, and correspondence
  • Maintain priorities, action items, and follow-ups
  • Prepare for meetings and track commitments across the team
  • Coordinate and help facilitate weekly team meetings
  • Help organize quarterly priorities and team offsites
  • Proactively protect the executive's time and anticipate needs Ideal Candidate
  • Significant experience supporting a senior executive, business owner, or partner
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
  • Proactive, confident, and comfortable operating independently
  • Able to work effectively with senior professionals and drive accountability
  • Strong technology skills Experience in wealth management, financial services, or professional services is helpful but not required.
This is more than a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted executive partner and increasingly know what needs to happen before being asked.
Compensation:
Highly competitive and commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
