full-time Executive Assistant | Downtown Boston We are currently seeking candidates for an Executive Assistant at a global asset management company located in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced administrative support role in the financial services/asset management industry (required). This is a temporary role (est. 4+ months with an opportunity for extension and/or permanent placement).
Hourly Pay Rate:
$40.00-$50.00 (based on relevant work experience) within a 40-hour work week. On-site 4 days per week. Starts August 31st, 2026. Responsibilities Administrative support and client service for assigned Executive/Team Global calendar management Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings Schedule and coordinate appointment calendars Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Coordinate weekly meetings Create presentations, charts and spreadsheets for meeting Coordinate conference calls Assist in day-to-day operations including workspace logistics and vendor/on-site management Expense reporting Assist in projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree (required) Minimum of 3+ years of executive administrative experience in a fast-paced administrative support role in the financial services/asset management industry (required) Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) High degree of professionalism Strong time management skills Strong communication skills, both written and oral Thoroughness, attention to detail and accuracy For immediate consideration, if interested and qualified, please send an updated resume in a Word document to: hgorman@daleyaa.com
