About the
Role:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative coverage to our Executive Vice President/CFO for LifeBridge Health. This role requires strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. This role will involve heavy calendar management as well as creating and preparing presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of EVP/CFO. Manage and maintain executive's calendar, meetings and appointments. Support executive in all administrative functions, including creating and preparing presentations.
Requirements:
Education:
High School diploma/GED preferred
Experience:
5 to 7 years of executive assistant experience, strong Microsoft Office experience (including PowerPoint). Position requires excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal planning and organizational skills. Position is located in our beautiful Corporate Headquarters in Owings Mills.
Pay Range:
$28.85 to $44.79
