https://242community.ccbchurch.com/goto/forms/5745/responses/new Overview The Executive Assistant to the CFO / Executive Pastor of Central Services provides high-level administrative and operational support. This role is critical to the effective execution of business operations across the church and serves as a primary administrative and business operational coordinator for affiliate churches and strategic ministry partnerships. This position manages communication, reporting, scheduling, documentation, and coordination for business operations, affiliate relationships, and leadership initiatives to ensure alignment with 2|42 systems, policies, and ministry strategy. The role requires a high level of discretion, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across both internal teams and external affiliate churches. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Executive Support Provide administrative support to the CFO / Executive Pastor of Business Operations Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up for central & affiliate teams Assist with tracking projects, deadlines, and operational priorities Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documentation Support strategic initiatives as assigned by the CFO/XP Affiliate Church Administration & Coordination Serve as primary administrative contact for 2|42 affiliate churches Maintain affiliate agreements, records, and required documentation Coordinate the onboarding process for new affiliate churches Track required reporting from affiliates (financial, attendance, ministry metrics, etc.) Assist with communication between affiliate churches and central leadership Coordinate affiliate meetings, coaching sessions, reviews, and development events Maintain dashboards, databases, and reporting related to affiliate churches Assist in organizing resources, templates, and materials provided to affiliates Support the implementation of systems related to: Financial model guidance HR policies and handbook templates Governance/board structure coordination Leadership coaching schedules Ministry resource distribution Assist the CFO with tracking affiliate contributions and financial coordination Serve as affiliate accounts payable/receivable, payroll & business administrator Communication & Coordination Coordinate communication between central teams, campuses, and affiliate churches Assist with preparing documents for leadership meetings, boards, and network gatherings Help organize Development Days, affiliate meetings, and network events Maintain accurate contact lists, calendars, and distribution groups Support branding, documentation, and communication consistency across affiliates 2|42 Business Support As needed Competency & Desired Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting executive leadership, business operations, or finance administration preferred Experience with accounting structures/systems, payroll Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Quickbooks, Bill.com Excellent time management and prioritization skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
