Job Description

This travel therapy role provides the perfect opportunity to explore southeastern Michigan's picturesque scenery and thriving cultural scene. As a travel occupational therapist, you'll build your expertise by collaborating within hospital settings that are committed to the latest industry standards and best practices. The role enhances your resume with hands-on experience in diverse workplace environments, offers exposure to a variety of leadership styles, and broadens your professional skill set—setting you apart in the rapidly growing therapy field.
Schedule:
18 weeks travel assignment June 1 - October 2 Day shifts: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Rotating weekends (2 shifts per month required) Holiday coverage for July 4th and
Labor Day Key Qualifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Recent experience with Epic electronic medical records Hospital-based OT experience preferred
Core Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic services and interventions for diverse patient populations in a hospital environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Thorough documentation of patient progress using Epic Contribute to patient care planning, assessment, and discharge processes Maintain compliance with regulatory and hospital standards
