The ideal candidate will manage complex schedules, facilitate internal communication, and ensure seamless daily operations for executives. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain complex leadership team calendars, ensuring prompt and accurate scheduling. Coordinate executive meetings and calls, including preparing agendas and gathering necessary materials. Draft and distribute executive communications on behalf of the leadership team. Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal departments to foster cohesive office communication. Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements and itineraries for executives. Process and reconcile expense reports for leadership and direct reports in strict adherence to company travel and expense policies. Prepare and format critical information, presentations, and documents for conferences, speeches, and executive reports. Perform additional administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).This posting is open for thirty (30) days.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of proven experience providing executive-level administrative support.Technical Skills:
High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.Education:
Associate degree in Business, Office Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.Key Competencies:
Exceptional organizational skills, written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.salary:
