Job Description

Executive Assistant - U.S. Air Force / Staff Judge Advocate Support Secure Access Group LLC is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to provide on-site administrative and executive support to senior leadership within the 55th Wing Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (55 WG/JA) at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. This position is supporting the daily administrative operations of the Staff Judge Advocate's office. The selected candidate will work in a professional military/legal-office environment and routinely handle sensitive information.

Anticipated Start:
September 2026 The Executive Assistant will provide direct administrative support to 55 WG/JA leadership.
Responsibilities include:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, scheduling, and meeting coordination. Serve as a primary point of contact between leadership and outside agencies. Track deadlines, deliverables, suspense items, and matters requiring leadership action. Prepare, edit, format, and maintain emails, correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other official documents. Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other Office applications in daily operations. Answer and respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries. Attend meetings and conferences and conduct follow-up actions as requested by leadership. Scan, upload, organize, and maintain electronic records. Handle sensitive personnel and organizational information with discretion and confidentiality. Maintain professional working relationships with installation and community agencies. Apply military administrative procedures, office practices, and military protocol in daily operations.
Minimum Qualifications Applicants must have:
At least one year of clerical/data-entry experience . At least one year of experience working in a military environment . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing schedules, correspondence, records, deadlines, and administrative tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive, strategic, personnel, and personal information. Ability to work professionally in an executive-level military office environment. The Government will evaluate the proposed candidate's résumé specifically for education, clerical/data-entry experience, military-environment experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience performing the core duties of the position. This position is contingent upon federal contract award.

$31.00 per hour
