Responsibilities Heavy calendar management Heavy domestic and international travel arrangements Expense and invoice management Correspondence management Meeting logistics Event planning Word, PPT and Excel creation and revisions Ad hoc projects as needed 5 days in office Qualifications College degree required 7+ years of administrative support experience including at least 5 years of of senior level executive coverage Financial services experience preferred Top notch client service and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong technical skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Team player who is attentive, detail oriented, and can multi-task effectively all in a fast-paced environment To inquire about this position, please submit your resume (MS Word format only) with your compensation requirements.
