Job Description:

Our client, a large asset management firm in New York, NY, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support one of their investment teams. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external business meetings, booking travel arrangements, and managing extensive expense processing and reimbursement. The ideal candidate will come with at least eight years' experience as an Executive Assistant for an investment team, exceptional communication and time management skills, and the ability to manage a rapidly changing schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing extensive calendars, booking travel arrangements, and maintaining travel itinerary for a large team Coordinating and managing internal and external meetings Processing travel & entertainment expense filing, management, and reimbursement

Requirements:

8+ years' experience as an Assistant for an executive-level financial services, preferably at an Asset Manager Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and SAP Concur
