Account Executive This position requires a minimum of 3 Years of Experience in Window & Door Sales & the ability to read Blueprints. This is the President's right hand for sales operations, CRM, showroom, and follow-through. You will keep the pipeline current, close loops the President starts, and coordinate among sales, service, installations, and outside vendors. It is an Executive Assistant role with real ownership of CRM, quotes, Request follow-up, and client-facing work—not a traditional gate-keeper only desk job. Responsibilities Sales, CRM, and pipeline Execute follow-through on all sales and marketing tasks the President initiates in the CRM Enter every lead and all sales data into the CRM; keep records complete and current Follow up daily with sales staff on pipeline status Provide the President bidaily pipeline briefings Oversee CRM text and email targeting and retargeting campaigns Oversee and produce the monthly newsletter (internal and external) Projects, quotes, and operations Coordinate with the Director of Service and Installations on installedsales projects as needed Create quotes from architectural blueprints or plans when requested Make proposal modifications as required Follow up on all delivery requests and inquiries Handle AR followup for outstanding balances and required deposits Assist with and attend field meetings or site measures as requested Manage the Watermill showroom Events and vendors Help plan AIA-credit events and architect / builder / contractor engagement Assist with oversight of outside sales and marketing vendors as requested Support the President's calendar, travel, and professional correspondence as needed Key Competencies 3+ years as an executive assistant, sales coordinator, office manager, or similar role; window/door, construction, or design industry experience strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of construction practices, especially window and door installations, and enough comfort with architectural plans to support quoting Clear written and verbal communication for proposals, newsletters, technical explanations, and follow-up with contractors, developers, and homeowners Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse client groups Proven CRM discipline: accurate data entry, follow-up cadence, pipeline reporting, and experience with email/SMS marketing tools Organized, discreet, and reliable with deposits, AR, and other money-related follow-through Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Motivated, professional, and committed to high-quality service Valid driver's license; able to work at the Watermill showroom and travel between offices, showrooms, and job sites as needed Required Education and Experience 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on windows and doors and the construction industry. In-depth product knowledge and experience in project-based sales, working with contractors, developers, and homeowners. Ability to interpret blueprints, understand building codes, and provide technical advice on installation. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. Valid driver's license with the required level of automobile insurance. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to work independently and remotely, with reliable transportation to and from appointments.
