Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping manage calendars, meetings, communications, travel, follow-ups, confidential information, and day-to-day administrative priorities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, appointments, meetings, shifting priorities, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, track follow-ups, and ensure key stakeholders have the information they need.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, forms, records, and other business documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams, clients, vendors, visitors, and external business partners.
- Organize confidential files, electronic records, databases, travel arrangements, office needs, and administrative systems.
- Support special projects, events, vendor coordination, and process improvements that help the executive office run efficiently. Compensation and Benefits

- 3 to 5 years of experience in executive support, senior administrative support, or a similar professional administrative role.
- Strong calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and standard office technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and time-management skills.
- Sound judgment when managing priorities, responding to requests, and determining next steps.
- Professional, service-oriented approach when working with executives, colleagues, clients, vendors, and visitors.
