The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining industrial UV digital printers used to print directly onto a variety of products. This is a hands-on, physically active production position that requires employees to be on their feet for most of the workday and regularly perform material-handling and restocking tasks. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate industrial UV digital printers according to production requirements and established procedures. Process print jobs according to priority, production requirements, quantities, and machine runtime. Review work orders thoroughly and understand job specifications, quantities, finishing requirements, due dates, and estimated production times. Ensure each job is properly set up and meets required production specifications before beginning the print run. Monitor the printing process to maintain consistent print quality and perform in-process quality-control checks. Calibrate the printer at the beginning of each shift and between jobs, as required. Understand machine capabilities and adjust settings as needed to achieve optimal print quality. Perform routine printer maintenance according to established schedules and procedures to maintain machine stability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues; communicate equipment problems to the supervisor and coordinate service calls when necessary. Monitor materials and supplies within the production area and request replenishment as needed. Restock marble tiles and other production materials multiple times throughout the day. Refill printer trays and maintain adequate material levels to prevent production delays. Safely handle and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and production standards. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. On the job training will be provided. Physical Requirements This is a hands-on production position.

Employees should be comfortable with:

Standing and walking for the majority of an 8-hour shift. Repeatedly lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Restocking marble tiles and production materials multiple times per day. Bending, reaching, lifting, and performing repetitive movements as required. Regularly refilling printer trays and handling production materials. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Qualifications Previous experience operating digital printers, production equipment, or manufacturing machinery is preferred but not necessary. Some basic Photoshop skill preferred but not necessary. Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Ability to prioritize multiple production jobs and meet deadlines. Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
