Standard Long-Haul:

$0.70 - $0.90 / mile

Canada Cross-Border:

$1.00 - $1.25 / mile

Box Truck:

Preferred Long-Haul:

$1.50 - $1.80 / mile

Standard Long-Haul:

$1.20 - $1.30 / mile

Earning & Payment Terms Average Potential:

$8,000+ / month (depends on vehicle capacity, run frequency, and endorsements like Hazmat, TSA, or TWIC)

Payout Schedule:

3-5 business days standard, or 7% Quick Pay option

Work Week:

Monday - Friday Driver Qualifications Must be 21+ with 6+ months of driving experience Valid U.S. work authorization (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Work Permit) Full onboarding approval with TNV Group LLC required prior to load assignment

Required Insurance:

$750,000 General Liability & $100,000 Cargo Equipment Standards Sprinters with up-to-date registration and insurance Must carry full PPE and a minimum of 2 load straps Clean exterior (all decals removed) Prior approval required for any vehicle modifications
