Job Description
Job Summary As a Document Coordinator, you will help ensure incoming mail and physical documents are accurately prepared, scanned, and quality checked in a fast-paced production environment. This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, consistent hours, and the opportunity to grow into a long-term role. Candidates who are dependable, organized, and comfortable with hands-on clerical work will be well positioned for success. Key Responsibilities
- Open, separate, sort, and organize incoming mail and documents for processing.
- Prepare physical documents for scanning by removing staples, smoothing pages, and ensuring materials are scan-ready.
- Operate high-speed scanning equipment while following established document handling procedures.
- Perform basic digital quality checks to confirm scanned images are clear, complete, and properly captured.
- Lift, move, and organize storage boxes weighing approximately 10 to 50 lbs.
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail in a fast-paced records management environment. Compensation and Benefits

$16.50 per hour W2.Job Type:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.Location:
Parma, OH. Required Qualifications and Skills- Prepare and organize incoming mail and physical documents for scanning.
- Operate scanning equipment and complete basic digital quality checks.
- Lift and move storage boxes as part of daily document processing.
- Support accurate filing, records handling, and document workflow processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of related administrative, clerical, filing, mailroom, scanning, or records management experience preferred.
- Basic computer and typing skills required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during an 8-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
