Job Description
Job Summary The Office Clerk will support daily document processing by opening mail, preparing files for scanning, operating scanning equipment, and helping maintain accurate digital records. This position offers steady weekday hours, a structured work environment, and the opportunity to build long-term skills in administrative support and records management. Key Responsibilities
- Open, separate, and organize incoming mail and documents for processing.
- Prepare physical documents for scanning by removing staples, smoothing pages, and organizing materials.
- Operate high-speed scanning equipment and complete basic digital quality checks.
- Maintain accuracy while handling paper records and electronic document images.
- Lift, move, and organize storage boxes weighing 10 to 50 lbs as needed.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily processing expectations. Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate:
$16.50 per hour, W2.Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.Job Type:

Parma, OH 44130. Required Qualifications and Skills- Prepare, organize, and process incoming mail and physical documents.
- Operate scanning equipment and perform basic quality checks on digital files.
- Support records management by maintaining accurate and organized document workflow.
- Lift and move storage boxes during an 8-hour shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, document processing, mailroom, or records management experience preferred.
- Basic computer and typing skills required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production or office environment.
- Dependable attendance and a team-focused work style.
