Job Summary This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of office, mailroom, records, or document services experience who enjoys staying organized, supporting internal customers, and keeping operations running smoothly. The role offers a professional team environment where attention to detail, reliability, customer service, and a proactive attitude are highly valued. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, open, sort, process, file, scan, and archive physical and digital documents.
  • Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and mail processing equipment.
  • Perform daily equipment quality checks, clear paper jams, and escalate repair needs to technical support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to job requests, print orders, mail services, and document processing.
  • Log billing information, meter data, and job tracking details accurately.
  • Assist with office supply distribution, meeting room setups, light facility support, and reception coverage as needed. Compensation and Benefits

    $20.00 per hour.

    Bellevue, WA. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Manage daily mailroom, document processing, filing, scanning, and records support activities.
  • Operate copy, print, scanning, and mail equipment in a professional office environment.
  • Support customer service requests, job tracking, supply distribution, and basic facility needs.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in mailroom, office services, records management, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Ability to operate or quickly learn high-volume copy, print, scan, and mail processing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail for filing, archiving, data logging, and document handling.
  • Basic troubleshooting ability for common equipment issues such as paper jams and quality checks.
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work reliably in an on-site office support role. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a corporate office, copy center, mailroom, records department, or document services environment.
  • Familiarity with digital document storage, scanning workflows, or records retention processes.
  • Comfort providing front desk, reception, meeting room, or light facilities support as needed.
