Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Records & Office Services Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role supports records management, document processing, scanning, mailroom services, and general office operations in a professional corporate environment. Success in this role comes from being reliable, detail-focused, proactive, and comfortable handling both physical and electronic records. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, sort, organize, index, process, store, and retrieve business records and documents.
  • Prepare documents for scanning, operate scanning equipment, upload electronic files, and perform quality control checks.
  • Support document production, including copying, printing, binding, finishing, and project quality review.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, shipping, receiving, tracking, and internal document distribution.
  • Maintain office services areas, replenish supplies, monitor copier and printer equipment, and coordinate service requests as needed.
  • Respond professionally to internal customer requests while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

    Bellevue, WA. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Manage records processing, filing, indexing, scanning, and document storage activities.
  • Support mailroom, shipping, receiving, copy center, and office services operations.
  • Maintain accurate physical and electronic records while following document retention and confidentiality procedures.
  • Provide responsive customer service to internal teams and support daily administrative service requests.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience required.
  • Basic computer proficiency required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional approach to internal support.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow established procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying, and pushing carts or supplies as needed. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in records management, document processing, file clerk, records clerk, or document control roles.
  • Experience with document scanning, imaging, indexing, or electronic file organization.
  • Administrative support, office services, copy center, print production, or mailroom experience.
  • Shipping and receiving or package tracking experience.
  • Background in legal records, healthcare records, information management, data entry, or business records support.
