Job Description Prepare, format, and edit legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and consistency. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for document preparation. Manage and prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. Collaborate with legal team members to ensure proper document handling and storage. Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols. Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed. Utilize word processing software to create and modify complex legal documents. The Successful Applicant A successful Word Processor should have: Proficiency in word processing software and tools, including advanced formatting skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in document preparation. Experience with legal documents and an understanding of legal terminology is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
