We are seeking a passionate, high-performing Grill Cook to take control of our busiest station and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Essential Responsibilities:

Set up workstations with required tools, equipment, and supplies. Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and health regulations. Review production schedules and par levels to ensure proper preparation. Transport supplies from storage areas and stock designated workstations. Prepare and produce menu items needed for daily operations. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings and daily specials to ensure the highest quality products are served. Ensure organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of all work areas and kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

Previous experience at mastering the grill as a Line Cook, Banquet Cook, or in a similar culinary role preferred. Strong understanding of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Schedule Requirements:

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours each shift. Ability to walk, squat and lift up to 25 pounds

The OFFER :
