The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have excellent communication skills. Duties include word processing, document preparation, legal research, client and court communication, telephone reception and administrative tasks. . Responsibilities Prepare, review, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail. Manage case files. Conduct legal and other research. Review, analyze and summarize client documents. File court documents electronically. Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls, handling incoming inquiries professionally, communicate with court staff and support attorney administrative tasks. Job requirements Experience in domestic relations litigation. Strong word processing skills and writing skills. Ability to draft pleadings, correspondence and documents using templates Ability to perform detailed research and analysis. Strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, telephone phone etiquette, and general administrative support.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
