Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Paralegal/Legal Secretary to join our legal team. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and paralegal support, including document drafting, case management, and research. Manage legal case files using document management systems (MyCase), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with client communication by preparing correspondence, scheduling interviews, and translating documents as needed in both English and Spanish. Support procedural tasks such as filing court documents, organizing discovery materials, and maintaining compliance with court deadlines. Review legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to procedural law standards; perform document review for civil litigation cases. Coordinate project management activities related to personal injury cases, and other legal matters. Handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Support attorneys during depositions, hearings, and client meetings by preparing necessary materials and taking detailed notes. Skills Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Strong knowledge of civil litigation support. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of procedural law requirements for filing court documents and managing case deadlines effectively. Experience supporting attorneys with administrative tasks such as calendaring appointments using MyCase, Word, and Outlook, handling confidential information securely. Strong interpersonal skills including professional phone etiquette and client communication abilities.
