LEGAL INTAKE CENTER AGENT -REMOTE ROLE FOR CENTRAL, MOUNTAIN AND PACIFIC TIMES
Monday-Friday Join a high-profile law firm for a remote role an Intake Center Agent and become an important first point of contact for individuals seeking legal representation. This is a fast-paced, client-focused role ideal for someone who is professional, empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls. Hourly rate is $20/hour. Com Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients. Gather and accurately document detailed client and case information. Pre-qualify potential clients based on established case criteria. Follow up with clients to obtain medical records and other required documentation. Enter and update information in the firm's case management system. Send legal documents and coordinate follow-up appointments and communications. Provide professional, compassionate customer service while handling sensitive information. Escalate complex questions or concerns to the appropriate legal team. Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong customer service skills and a professional, empathetic approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills. Excellent computer skills;proficiency with Microsoft Office. Previous call center, client services, legal, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred. Familiarity with legal terminology or case management systems is a plus.
