This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex litigation matters, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support to attorneys and clients. The Opportunity In this role, you'll play a critical part in the day-to-day management of active litigation matters from filing through resolution. You'll work closely with attorneys handling sophisticated business disputes and employment matters, ensuring deadlines are met, case files are organized, and litigation support functions run seamlessly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under pressure. What You'll Do Manage and prioritize multiple litigation matters with complex case schedules and deadlines. Coordinate attorney calendars, monitor litigation deadlines, and ensure timely filing and motion confirmations. Prepare and maintain case files throughout all stages of litigation. Assist with discovery management, including organizing and coordinating document productions. Support attorneys in preparing matters for filing, mediation, settlement discussions, dispositive motions, and trial. Organize materials and logistics for hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings. Maintain accurate docketing and case management systems. Draft, revise, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence. Communicate effectively with attorneys, court personnel, clients, and opposing counsel as needed. What We're Looking For Minimum 4 years of litigation legal assistant or legal secretary experience within a respected litigation practice. Experience supporting Commercial/Business Litigation, Labor & Employment, or similar litigation practices. Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and court rules. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities simultaneously. Experience supporting discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of the English language. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and legal staff.
