Solutions Treatment Center is a mental health Intensive Outpatient treatment center with offices in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. This position is responsible for creating and submitting all insurance claims to commercial and Medicaid insurance plans, processing EOB's, submitting authorizations, appeals and corresponding with clients on the status of insurance payments. Other duties include benefit verifications, credentialing clinical staff, updating Medicaid portal and assisting clinical staff to obtain Medicaid numbers, manage insurance contracts and to assist staff with their CAQH as needed. General administrative duties are also part of the position. Candidates must be located in NM and be available for onsite work. Qualifications Proficient in medical coding and billing, CPT, and ICD-10 systems Strong understanding of medical terminology and records management Experience with EHR systems and medical collection processes Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a behavioral health environment Ability to complete benefit checks Experience in utilization
