Job Description

Entry level clerk position. Receives and reviews documents to be filed with the Clerk's office. Processes payments, proof reading, copying and imaging, answering phones and other miscellaneous clerical work. This position requires having excellent customer service/communication skills; organizational/information management skills; familiarity with office administration procedures/ proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to multitask in a fast paced environment; adaptable and quick to learn new technologies. Summary As a Court Clerk, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the court system by managing administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service. Reporting to the court administrator, you will utilize your core skills in data entry, filing, and legal administration to maintain accurate records and assist with case management. With strong communication and organizational skills, you will contribute to a professional environment that supports the judicial process and serves the public efficiently.
