Kennel Technician Duties:

Feeding and medicating dogs and cats Rotating dogs to play groups Cleaning kennels and surrounding areas Brushing, bathing for dogs and nail trims for both dogs and cats Participating in all activities one on one with dogs and cats Miscellaneous janitorial chores including laundry, kitchen clean up, sweeping and mopping

Office Assistant Duties:

Oversee daily kennel operations and staff to ensure kennel runs efficiently Answers phones and responds to emails Checking guests in and out of kennel Collecting and managing payments Ensuring instructions for pets are thorough and concise Ability to explain and enforce policies and procedures with customers and staff Education and Experience High School Diploma Min. 1 year of customer service experience Min. 1 year of administrative experience (preferred) Animal experience (preferred) Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working on computer Be able to lift 30lbs Prolonged periods of standing Physical and mental capacity to perform in a fast paced environment Willingness to work in all weather conditions Compensations and Benefits $16-$19 per hour (DOE) Free employee boarding IRA (with 2% match) Please also note that there is room for further advancement within our company for the right candidate!
